As mentioned in the announcement RC infill drilling is planned for Bindi West with evidence this is beginning as some 14 sites have been prepared in the last 5 days.
Time lapse image for last month including additions for last satellite pass.

Transposing these new sites onto Google Earth data base shows they are infill to previously 200m spaced lines. To complete first pass 100m spacing there will probably be some more sites prepared between these and the Hinge zone over the next few days.

Variably subtle disturbances in the Hinge and Bindi E are also shown (22-A to G). Some may just be site rehabilitation or miscellaneous artifacts.

For some weekend 'fun' some images of regional nature.

    • These are simplified mineral zones with some showing folding. Very schematic for Ninan (north) and Opie (southern) as not quite certain how to depict them. Blue palaeochannels only main ones shown.
    • Rough dips shown for Bindi and Dasher. Shallow (20-30 degree) dips with plunging folds for Ninan and Opie.
    • Dasher east dip versus west for Bindi. Subtly different magnetic regime could mean different geological one even though mineralisation is similar???https://hotcopper.com.au/data/attachments/4015/4015467-c7dd731f2cc4b7ab727d3abfe7bea962.jpg
    • The Bindi SE fold area does open up the potential for further discoveries east and south where limited to no drilling has taken place. Exactly what has been drilled, soil sampled (auger?) is not readily apparent as the information is not compiled in the public domain, My efforts are at best the tip of the iceberg for the 15+ years of exploration. These old images may or may not have been superseded. I need to check government maps to confirm the tenement outline shown here. Vaguely recall Kurrali was dropped! Why? https://hotcopper.com.au/data/attachments/4015/4015480-e0f950b7c4217bfa686bdb58f5d8fbbe.jpg

    • The Ninan deposit is Cu Au bearing and considered to be in the Wongan Hills Greenstone Belt that is much older than surrounding granites and gneisses. Devil in the detail as to how it correlates or probably doesn't with Bindi etc.

Discussions at various meetings show CVV have been considering what the implications of the info above means and they will likely factor it in to exploration plans now and going forward with a complete compilation of all available data. Bindi and Dasher, if developed, give them some decades to explore along the various trends here and perhaps outside the box.
