I must admit I pulled an order at 19 that had been there a few days after there was not even a hint of a bounce on that news. Got me thinking as to what WOULD make it bounce and when. Your list above sounds right. Excellent drilling results might do a bit obviously, but the others are a fair way off.
Plus there is nothing I hate more than management giving themselves bonuses for low bar results. If that is starting already it's not a good sign and an indicator that will continue imho.
Staying on my watchlist only for now.
