My latest addition was when Richard Lauffman (tricky dicky) of RXM got up and said Nervada was the best place in the world for getting approvals WA the second. I suspect Arizona especially with the land ownership and location we have can't be far off.

Ps there are federal approvals & state approvals needed. I think the state ones are easier.
