These guys aren't waiting for a takeover.
They see the upside with Cu price and lack of projects to market in the next few years.
Those multiples don't need a takeover to be attained, just milestones with a bullish commodities backdrop which gets closer every day now that the bond markets are imploding and will force massive deficit numbers from the Central Banks to prop it all up.
Gold first then Copper, not long now.
