    The old 'sell the announcement tree shake' I'd say. And some will fall for it and get shaken out. Will probably recover heading into the afternoon. Wall Street was down heavily as well, but resource and PM stocks seem to be shaking that off of late due to the price surges that we are seeing in industrial and precious metals.
