Keep in mind that they don't all end up this way. AW1 has had others look and fail to find but found themselves. Can be said that BHP was unlucky with electromagnetics but that's part of the game too. Notably ex BHP guys making AW1 a success so probably correctly guessed the reasons behind BHP's bad luck.
I look at things this way - down a % here so far but up many many times that on AW1. Room for improvement from my end.
