If you researched Wa1 doesnt have native title issue’s at all in fact i do know personally.
Plus completely different minerals wa1 is one of 2 the only other producer of Niobium is in Brazil which is locked down to China as china paid 2.1 billion usd for 15% of mine lol if I remember correctly. Its a very different rare mineral as you may know or dont. Lrv should be great also but yes 7 years if all goes well so far hopefully happens as planned.
