S32 have the first refusal on our projects. Currently they have declined to be part of Peru as maybe their focus is elsewhere . Others have shown interest in JV with us in Peru, however due to the time it takes for things to happen, it was decided to go it alone .
Now if we hit some nice drill cores, S32 may decide to come to the table and want to be part of it. The terms would be different I would think than our standard SAA with them, as we have paid the initial step.
Watching Graemes video on the announcement, made me chuckle when he discussed the time of the results from Peru as a possible belated Christmas present
