S32 have the first refusal on our projects. Currently they have declined to be part of Peru as maybe their focus is elsewhere . Others have shown interest in JV with us in Peru, however due to the time it takes for things to happen, it was decided to go it alone . Now if we hit some nice drill cores, S32 may decide to come to the table and want to be part of it. The terms would be different I would think than our standard SAA with them, as we have paid the initial step.
