Yes, S32 have first refusal, when we acquired Peru projects they were offerred , then now declined to be a part part of it. My understanding and correct me if I am wrong, say the team secure a tenement in NSW as an example. S32 will be offerred "before" anyone else. They cant offer it to BHP before S32 have said no to it .
With AQD going alone with Peru projects currently could put us in a better position to negotiate once we have some data ,as this area has not been explored yet at all
