It could either end like Bouganville or Burma follows the lead of new mining districts like Peru (i like Peru. Paddington Bear comes from Peru). But, don't get pulled in by helping impoverished countries. No country got rich via international aid. Just a desire for a better life and opening up to international trade, including foreign capital and technology
