My theory is between sucker shareholder investments and the Govt grant they receive ...they are in a job!
Better yet, a job where shareholder performance is not necessary. Not sure what guildelines they need to meet to keep receiving taxpayers money for exploration (as far I know they still receive grant) but it sounds like a good lurk, that is if you are not a shareholder or taxpayer lol!
