Avalon has suitable resource but no plant. LPD has tech but need suitable tenements. They equally need each other and wont waste time playing their cards.
Avalon may not be the one, but companies like Avl can offer the right mix of partnership. Lpd offer the leadership that AvL need to renew their struggling business.
