SGQ in their latest release states:
"St George’s continued exploration success at the Mt Alexander Project is presenting the Company with
strategic M&A opportunities for development of the Project. St George has appointed Argonaut as its
financial adviser to assist in pursuing strategic opportunities that maximise shareholder value".
On checking Argonaut's web site, M &A stands for mergers and acquisitions. So, if this is the case, what is SGQ's game plan? Are they considering bringing in a joint venturer or is something afoot with WSA?
Anyone have any ideas on this aspect?
