Assuming this is the lead in to a pre-Xmas capital raise to ensure that BOD’s bonus payments are locked & safely loaded into their stockings ? A few chunks of coal would be more appropriate for their efforts but Blackout Bowen probably has to sign off for every piece of coal procured nowadays.
