The consolidation of shares increased the share price, at the end of the day your % of ownership didn’t change and the alternative was the stock would have been doomed to be pt traded for 25 to 100% gains/losses and the SOI blow completely out with further CR.
You were/are going to be diluted anyway there is no choice the company will need money to progress as a sale of this asset or death are the only other alternatives, I’m not sure if a farm in could be considered as it’s too small an operation at this stage.
The downside is consolidation at this point in the company's journey, as it’s best done (and it wasn’t possible at this time) when the company transitions into production.
