No I don't think you are missing anything and you might want to look at who the neigbours to the North Monger project are.

They are in fact Integra, Dioro, Silver Lake and Aust Mines.... and Avoca as well.

With the previous offtake being worth $9 mill it is only time before this little cash cow gets worked up. The previous offtake with Barrick fell through but with those veritable neighbours (mostly producing gold) and gold rising there is plenty to smile about.
