Burkina hasnt always been a basket case. A decade ago it was a great place to business. If you have a project already big enough and ready to start mining (like WAF) theres plenty of money to be made. But from an exploration play nobody can really afford to fence entire tenements or have sufficnet security to guard everyone until you are producing.
Fingers crossed the situation can turn around over there and the region can thrive once again
