We all know we wanted and needed another nice exploration permit.
Okay so they are geologists that drool over new prospective ground.
Perhaps we can forgive them for their eagerness and even paying a tad too much.
BUT our representatives get paid handsomely with millions of free shares to get us a fair deal to maximise our future profits.
They get paid to think. We should not have to think for them.
It is all water under the bridge now. All too late ...the vendors now have 4,000,000 NKL shares.
Why didn't they construct a deal where the vendors still get paid the 6 x $50,000 cash and 4,000,000 shares @13c = $520,000 in shares but after Cosmos South gets drilled?
Say 1,000,000 shares on 27 Dec. 2022 and 1,000,000 shares each three monthly periods thereafter.
So if we suddenly ten bag at xmas the vendors don't find themselves $5 million richer.
We are now in partnership with the vendors who still own 20% of Dalwallinu.
So after we ten bag from Cosmos South the vendors will STILL own 20% of Dalwallinu AND be $5 million richer.
Oh and I didn't see an escrow period mentioned.
I think I deserve another drink.
