What has attracted me to TAR is:
1. TAR board of directors - seasoned and successful team - respected reputation
2. Thomas Lind did the work in putting this package together and is no in the CEO role to deliver on "the promise"
3. Thomas is young by comparison - very keen to do well and a good communicator - I expect his to report progress often
4. Thomas is bring new modern techniques to the exploration program - ie. the following paragraph from today's announcement:

The Company has sourced a Niton XRF handheld analyser and will assay individual metre samples as
recovered. Zones of anomalous mineralisation will be followed up with RC drilling on completion of
the Aircore programme to better define the true mineralised widths and grades of mineralisation. The
use of the Niton analyses is expected to expedite the process of RC target definition without having
to wait for Aircore laboratory results. All samples will be submitted to Bureau Veritas Laboratories in
Adelaide for gold, silver, base metals and broad-suite multi-element (pathfinder elements) assay.
