If I remember from their past ASX notices they conducted the aero-magnetic survey which showed up Mike/s anomaly and it was just outside their exploration lease.
When they conducted one of their VC video meetings with shareholders it was mentioned that they had to negotiate permission with the local elders and then the actual landowner so they would be no objections to them putting into QLD mines for an exploration lease. It sounds like they were trying not to upset the locals so they could get the exploration lease.
