To be fair, MEI and some others have Dysprosium which is actually becoming rare in the not so rare REE game. I have run the eye over them and one other before for that reason. Don't really consider them a competitor to ARR though, yes, they are at face value rare earths explorers, but our positives vs their positives aren't that similar.
