This is my only hold at exploration level. I have had many in the past with minimal positive outcomes for reasons you state however a few turned out very good but it still was epic journey for them to progress and realise large gains was also a long journey for myself and others. I am just pleased they are going to double down on HZ. Not long ago they were talking other exploration targets to continue with but I personally feel they know funding is hard to get in current climate and they best use it to fast track one target development to as you say finance future growth. Perhaps some of the previous participants in the CR have abandoned them as well forcing their hand to limit spending and target HZ. Anyway there's plenty of upside. To early to delve into highway proximity options but there are many.
