    Just had a thought......you do realise that you are not giving up Iroquois for cash. All SH's in STK will receive a pro rata amount of free shares in the new entity as well as priority access in the IPO to avoid dilution. Just wanted to clarify this point with you as it's hard to understand why you are so against the demerger.
