I am reasonably sure they will get their leases ok. They would be the loan applicant these days and you need contacts on the ground to get things done. That tends to stop a lot of wannabes having a go. I also know that time frames are not perfect in PNG. I think if there is a slite chance of running over the option period, I would expect a minor extension until the paper work hits. Good risk reward on the license from this price.
