looking back at the history of BMG its just littered with red flags.
- took a year to find a project
- directors are extremly wealthy businessman so dont really care if they put there director wages on hold as they did, although it looked a good sign it was not really looking back.
- because they took so long to find a project unfortunally they missed the lithuim train and the SP went no were as a result as lithuim atm is taking a back seat to gold as the "in" thing on the ASX.
- directors used specfic dates which is fine if you meet them but a massive no no if you dont, BMG not only missed these dates but missed them by months just unexcceptable.
- little to no comunication from directors and very vague announcments such as the last one they gave, also terrible timming of announcments another big red flag.
- putting all their eggs in one basket with no back up plan or other project to go to if the lithuim project failed which is up in the air atm.

so if you look back there really were red flags for months on end with this one, of course its cheap as chips atm with cash in the bank but do you trust the current directors to steer the BMG ship away from the next iceburg?
