It's somewhat difficult to understand why MAR has announced a drilling programme, but has not yet engaged (to my knowledge) with the necessary Landowners to get a Surface Access Agreement, as required by the Customary Land and Development Act
To be permitted to drill or engage in any exploration, this process must first be followed:
