5m of at least 1% and then 10MT at least 1% Li2O. This was as consideration (or payment) for the Brisk project, so as not to overpay for Brisk if it's barren.
While we're talking bonuses, Peretz and Adam have performance rights vest upon having a SP over $0.75, over $1, then over $2 and then over $3. We'll all be happy to award those performance rights I'd imagine.
