it will be hard for ERA, as of December 31, 2021 the company had $699 million in cash funding and $535 million held by the Commonwealth government as part of the Ranger Rehabilitation Trust Fund. They must rehabilitate Ranger to the standards of Kakadu National Park and recent cost estimates are 2.2 billion to complete by 2026. If they are unable to raise the funds to complete they said they expect the Government to step in and fund the rehabilitation.
