"Following completion of the E59/908 drilling program, an additional 13 RC holes are planned to commence to test historic gold targets located in the north of the Narndee project (See Figure 2). This tenement is part of the agreement with a private company, and contributes towards Maximus’s earn-in on the tenement. The holes, planned to test mineralisation to an average depth of 65 metres, are located adjacent to previous underground workings."

What is the name of the "private company"? and Who is it owned by?
