In an interview a few weeks ago, Byron Miles stated that any further capital requirements will go through traditional debt facilities (i.e. bank loans) rather than CRs, in order to stem dilution for shareholders, so I don't think there's any need for concern there. If you are concerned that there is going to be a CR despite what Miles has said, well I'd ask why you're investing in a company you don't trust.
As for spending money on drilling - they are drilling 6km away from Mt Freda. If they are able to strike a wider vein at a higher grade, then it would make sense to prioritise ore extraction from Musk rather than Golden Mile. Sure, they shouldn't blow all their money on drilling, but they're probably just doing RC to ~200m, which isn't that expensive in the scheme of things.
