Yes indeed, I acknowledge the need for a CR in the near future and possibly several throughout the year (or alternative source) but I don't believe JP would have any problem accessing it ... $10-15m this year? Dunno, but easily got IMO. The good news we want will cost and I suspect shareholders despite "protest" will know it.

... 100m new shares @ 10c raising $10m reduces a 10c share to an 8c value ... but this year may make it a 20c or 50c share to own or trade. The risk/reward looks pretty good. (it might also make it a lot more)
