Canada is just going to tell us how the ore behaves in the processing circuit.
It will not tell us how much we have.
A JORC resource must be defined by drilling, calculating the tonnes then multiplying by the recovery rates (which Canada tells us).
The Canadian test work certainly helps but it's just the multiplier, not the answer.
