I bought 1M shares of GTR on 19 April, 2020 for $9,000. It's now worth $8,000. Despite being in a uranium bull market for years, albeit with massive swings. I sold GTR in late 2020 for a $11K profit and swung it over to another.

I bought my first 1M shares in another uranium explorer on 14 May, 2020 for $6,000. It's now worth $54,000. I still own it.

You want spec stocks to have liquidity. Some have it, but others like GTR, VAL, THR, TOE, and a few others, have terrible liquidity.

While all boats will rise on the same tide they are far from equal. Management is key.

I've not once regretted my decision to bail on GTR. There are far better options to put your money.

You mentioned some stocks that are not explorers. DYL, BMN, LOT ... are not explorers. They have very sound indicated resources. As such, they're developers with interest from funds and more generalist investors.

I suspect GTR will be OK in the long run, because money will come into explorers down the track, especially on ''news'', but for me GTR is close to the bottom of where I'd be investing.

All in my opinion only, which isn't worth much.
