You are right. lots of drilling are not that successful recently. But the problem is that when you have the lab result, you are too late to join the spree. Although lab result is the key, CHR has experience releasing GEO's explanation in the past which was quite accurate. So for people who want to come back one month or two months later, it's not gauranteed that they have the chance.
