Look at the image of 14th May, Megabucks already look like this:
But actually, the drilling was not started.
comparing to the image on 19th May, the only difference is the last second dot on the top row which matches the annoucement of 18th May. So until 19th May, there is only one hole drilled or drilling.
I think three weeks drilling plan is well planned. It's possible to complete at the end of next week or the first week of June.
