Two things here. First is they have to move the resource to reserves and do mining studies before they can even look at the option of this providing cash for exploration. Second, the resource was only around 50,000oz at a head grade around 1g/t. I would think they would need 3 times the resource to make it viable to even consider going over to operations for a few years of dragging dirt to a toll treatment plant. I don't think the amount of drilling done so far will get us this number. We also need to consider that it will only be the oxide portion that would be milled next door, not the fresh. I don't think 1g dirt would cut it on a toll operation but who knows what the mills are willing to pay. I see others in the same area have ore sale agreements with grades around 6g/t dirt (MAT.ASX).
