It's most stocks and they're there nibbling away, testing, trying to expose stop loss orders... but a lot of it simply includes a bulk order being drip fed into the market and you could argue that this stops dumping in some cases. It's worth noting they don't pay commission on every trade as retail do.
It's a filthy game but in the long run success will prevail, short term it's amazing how low stocks can be pushed down to, then down some more!
