The company has already completed a Consolidation back in January 2021 from memory it was 20 to 1 they had over 3.5billion shares on issue at the time not including options the share price at the time was hovering around 0.003 of a cent which had them with a MC of around 10.5million post consolidation the SP was 6cps but got up to 6.8cps after the pumping an day traders had their fun....very soon after the Consolidation they completed another substantial CR that saw more dilution already bestowed on shareholders an then more fluff followed by more Capital Raises that the company needed to help keep the lifestyles going.

So with respect to your question on Consolidation they will not do another one as they would get hang an quartered by shareholders and they have just over 600million SOI so no need whatsoever to do one at this time albeit after the Consolidation they only had 165million SOI so they have already diluted the beegeezes out of the stocks value...your lucky in regard to saving something here an getting some back many of the rusted on are not so lucky as you mentioned with a family member still they might as well hold onto what they have as these lifestyle cowboys running this shet show may just find the holy grail one day like what have they got to lose in terms of what has already been lost as others have expressed recently...its always going to be a tax writeoff either way given the amount of dilution to ones holdings.
