The CEO himself confirmed there are backlogs at the moment, one of the posters here shared an email from him on 20th April.
'Hi Malco, a formal update on mallina will be provided to the market shortly, the program started late in March and is on schedule, it will be some time until we have assay results form any rock chip or core sent to the lab as laboratory turn around times in WA are very slow at the moment due to personnel shortages and significant industry activity.'
That was posted just over 5 weeks ago, not sure of the email date. So perhaps results are close to being announced, depends on how clogged up the labs are I guess.
