I think you're double-counting here. There aren't separate directors fees. The tech and exec team on PXX are one in the same. Tech isn't free in this world... and good tech is hard to come by. PXX's team are both doctorate level - not your average sh"" kicking Geo's.
Personally, I measure performance by results ... under the old addage about peanuts and monkeys.
