Well under JV agreement, Platina Resources pay 30%.
So if the estimated cost is $250k ($137 per m drilled), the ARV portion would be $175k.
If the sale does proceed, we would still be the recipient of 60m Empire Metals shares and 50k. The drilling results would add value to those shares.
If the sale does not proceed, we have additional data to add value to the project and demand a better price.
