In penny stocks what you have in the ground doesnt mean diddly if you cant bring it to market during downturns.
Its also best to go after drilling etc off peak because when everyone else does it, you pay more to have it done, wait times for essays is blown out, wait times to get drill rigs etc.... Best time to expand is when the market sentiment is in the poop.
When the market sees what we have and sentiment has changed thats where asset appreciation comes in.
