Indicates a lot of new buyers coming into play, who will be looking at much higher exit prices, probably some big players getting set to ramp this up much higher with some good announcements. A lot of profit takers also selling, cashing-in on their 100-300% plus gains, which is positive as it alleviates the selling pressure. I beleive 30 cents will be achievable by the end of the drilling program, if everything goes to plan and announcements verify the indications of big oil resource of 250 million barrels plus.
