Whenever a batch of options are converted the company will update the market on the current shares/options tally. Today there was a notice that a very small parcel of MAYO had been converted to MAY, the 2.7b and 564m are just reflecting this update. Eventually, all going well, the 564m MAYO will all get converted and move across to MAY giving us approximately 3.25b fully paid shares on issue.
