Russia invading Ukraine only makes the oil in Cuba more valuable. Cuba currently get most of their oil needs from Venezuela, they want oil found so they can use in their economy and reduce the reliance on imports. Sherrit International a Canadian Company has operated in Cuba for over 20 years without incidence and through various other world events involving Russia. Sonagol also has interests in other projects with CUBa for a decade
If Cuba is reliant on Russia (investment or aid) to any extent in the past 20 years, I would like to know about it.
