We will get to assess that statement on the 8/9/22 I guess. If the oil is lighter the recovery and value could increase the SP dramatically.
As for the SP stagnation, nobody had factored in a 6 week hold on drilling, which saw a sell off due to increased risk and time imo.
How things can change in the blink of an eye.
So much to look forward to here.
