With oil flowing to surface whilst the well is still being drilled says a lot. Remember the issues they had with increasing the mud weight, that was due to the oil and gas they found in the upper column wanting to force the mud out.
I think the logic goes that when the well is completed and mud removed, oil should flow to the surface but I am not an engineer. Lets see what the company says next.
