Well the trip to cuba seems to indicate important news is coming over the next couple of weeks.whether it's good or bad,it's too soon to tell.
If we get an update presently which shows a decent rate of progress,without issues,then,i would lean towards good.If more issues have presented then it's entirely possible to see a change to their forward plans.
