Comes down to a value per tonne of resource for me as anything moderate size (10mt) or more in Australia is getting taken out/over in some way shape or form.
My yardstick is ESS. ESS got valued/taken out at approx $140m?? for 11mt with not much exploration upside, at 1% with average metts.
Assuming stacked system, 500m x 500m x 15m x 2.7 = 10mt
we previously reported results covering 300m x 200m of the length already, but by the end of this phase we could be in a position where we can easily infer many more tonnes than 10mt…
could also be in a position where we get less tonnes too but I like the scale potential at burmeister and jagerbomb and think that will hold true in the end.
excited about this, but yeah, show me/infer a 10-11mt resource of 1% Li and $140m becomes a reasonable value for TG6.
